1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Komee, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.

2. Description of Service

Komee is an AI-powered platform that enables users to create and share comics using the Nano Banana Pro image generation model. We provide:

• AI-powered comic panel generation
• Comic creation and editing tools
• Public sharing of created comics
• Subscription-based credit system

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You must sign in with a Google account to use Komee. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Subscriptions and Credits

4.1 Credit System

• Free accounts receive 2 credits per month
• Starter subscription ($5/month) provides 10 credits per month
• Pro subscription ($20/month) provides 50 credits per month
• Each comic generation uses 1 credit
• Credits reset monthly and do not roll over

4.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Payment processing is handled by Stripe
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• You can cancel your subscription at any time

4.3 Cancellation

When you cancel, you retain access to your subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period. Credits will not be refunded upon cancellation.

5. Content and Usage

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of the prompts you create. Generated comic images are created by AI and subject to the terms below.

5.2 Prohibited Content

You may not create comics that contain:

• Illegal content
• Content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Hate speech or discriminatory content
• Sexually explicit content involving minors
• Content that promotes violence or harm
• Spam or misleading content

5.3 Public Sharing

Comics created on Komee are publicly accessible via unique URLs. Do not include sensitive personal information in your comics.

5.4 Commercial Use

Pro subscribers may use generated comics for commercial purposes. Free and Starter users may only use comics for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. AI-Generated Content

Comics are generated using AI (Nano Banana Pro). We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy or quality of generated content
• That generated content will meet your expectations
• That the AI will not occasionally produce inappropriate content

You are responsible for reviewing generated content before sharing publicly.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:

• Perform maintenance that temporarily interrupts service
• Modify or discontinue features with notice
• Experience downtime due to technical issues

8. Intellectual Property

The Komee platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Komee and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy or reproduce the platform
• Reverse engineer the service
• Remove copyright notices
• Use our branding without permission

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Komee shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from service interruptions
• Content generated by the AI

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Komee harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your violation of these terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you create or share

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Komee operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
